This was my first time at this establishment. I was looking for a pawn service near my home and unfortunately the closest spot had an awful reputation for shady business practices. I always do my homework first before I conduct business with anyone for the first time. This joint was praised by virtually everyone who submitted a review and/or star rating. The shop is well organized and neat. There is a beautiful aquarium that dominates the side wall upon entry. It's not necessary, but adds a very appealing aesthetic to an otherwise "oooo shiny objects" type of establishment. Eric Coppola is the name of the top dog. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He offered me a very fair deal for a few items I wanted to part ways with. Unfortunately the gentleman was hacked recently and his website was compromised. Google is working on resolving the matter as to not further tarnish the overall image and reputation of Mr. Coppola's business. If you're in the market for something precious, perhaps collectibles, investments, gift for that special someone or maybe it's time to tie the knot with that special someone. If you need to sell your gold or jewelry don't bother going anywhere else! Mike gave me a great deal on my item and was awesome to deal with. I will definitely be sending people his way and will go to him again in the future! I found him to be completely different from other gold buyers and pawn shops most of them have that used car salesman type behind the counter, but not Mike he was a complete professional and even told me I might not want to sell my item because he couldn't match what I paid for it, but he made me a great offer so I sold it to him.
My husband and I were in desperate need of a few quick bucks, Eric was running late, but the wait was well worth it, he priced my husbands engagement band at over 25% more than the place across the street and still wasn’t making a profit! Great business that will not let you walk out without a smile, thank you again Eric!!!
